Apr\u00e8s la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/preventionsida.org\/fr\/protection\/la-prep\/\">PrEP<\/a><\/strong> contre le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/preventionsida.org\/fr\/vih\/le-vih-cest-quoi\/\">VIH<\/a><\/strong>, une nouvelle approche fait parler d\u2019elle : la <\/span><span lang=\"fr-BE\"><b>DoxyPEP<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"fr-BE\">. Cette strat\u00e9gie, encore r\u00e9cente, suscite \u00e0 la fois beaucoup d\u2019espoir et des d\u00e9bats dans le monde m\u00e9dical.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"western\" lang=\"fr-FR\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"fr-BE\">Qu\u2019est-ce que la DoxyPEP ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"fr-FR\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"fr-BE\">La <\/span><span lang=\"fr-BE\"><b>DoxyPEP<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"fr-BE\"> (<\/span>prophylaxie post exposition par doxycycline<span lang=\"fr-BE\">) consiste \u00e0 prendre un antibiotique, la <\/span><span lang=\"fr-BE\"><b>doxycycline<\/b><\/span><span lang=\"fr-BE\">, apr\u00e8s un rapport sexuel non prot\u00e9g\u00e9, afin de r\u00e9duire le risque de contracter certaines IST bact\u00e9riennes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"fr-FR\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"fr-BE\">Concr\u00e8tement il s\u2019agit de prendre en une prise, une dose de 200mg (2 comprim\u00e9s de 100mg ou 1 comprim\u00e9 de 200mg) dans un d\u00e9lai de 24-72h, apr\u00e8s le rapport \u00e0 risque.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\" align=\"justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"fr-FR\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"fr-BE\"><b>La <a href=\"https:\/\/preventionsida.org\/fr\/ist\/lherpes-genital\/\">herp\u00e8s<\/a><\/strong>, le <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/preventionsida.org\/fr\/ist\/lhpv\/\">HPV<\/a><\/strong> ou
